- Develop, configure, and maintain Pega PRPC applications, including rule creation, UI development, activities, and data modeling, leveraging expertise in Pega CSA, CSSA, and REST API integrations.

- Conduct unit testing, perform peer code reviews, and ensure timely escalation of issues to maintain high-quality deliverables.

- Facilitate Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) sessions and maintain functional backlogs to ensure accurate and comprehensive requirement gathering.

- Collaborate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure defect-free releases aligned with operational SLAs.

- Provide ongoing production support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect fixes, and performance tuning.

- Mentor junior developers and promote adherence to Pega guardrails, design principles, and organizational best practices.

- Develop and troubleshoot integration solutions using SOAP and REST APIs, coordinating with operations and external partners for seamless deployment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.

- Proven experience in implementing Pega solutions for various business domains.

- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

- Ability to develop and maintain Pega rules, flows, data models, and user interfaces.

- Experience with Pega integration with external systems using REST and SOAP web services.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
