Senior Offensive Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Offensive Security Engineer to lead advanced security assessments across telecom networks and infrastructure. This role focuses on offensive security practices-penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability exploitation-within complex telecom environments (mobile networks, core systems, signaling protocols, and enterprise telecom platforms).

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct offensive security testing on telecom infrastructure, including RAN, Core, IMS, VoLTE, EPC, and 5G NR.

- Perform penetration testing, red team operations, and exploit development targeting telecom protocols (SS7, SIP, Diameter, GTP, RTP).

- Identify vulnerabilities in signaling systems, mobile network architecture, and telecom applications.

- Lead end-to-end security assessments of telecom operators' infrastructure, including vendor equipment (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco).

- Simulate advanced threat scenarios to evaluate resilience against cyberattacks.

- Collaborate with telecom operators and vendors to remediate findings and strengthen defenses.

- Develop automation frameworks for offensive security testing in telecom environments.

- Stay updated on emerging telecom threats (5G slicing, IoT connectivity, SDN/NFV vulnerabilities).

- Mentor junior engineers in offensive security methodologies and telecom-specific attack vectors

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in offensive security, with at least 3 years focused on telecom networks.

- Strong expertise in penetration testing, red teaming, and exploit development.

- Deep knowledge of telecom protocols (SS7, SIP, Diameter, GTP, RTP) and signaling vulnerabilities.

- Hands-on experience with mobile network security assessments (2G/3G/4G/5G).

- Familiarity with telecom vendor equipment and multi-vendor ecosystems.

- Proficiency in automation, scripting (Python, Bash), and use of offensive security tools (Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux, custom exploit frameworks).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
