Job Role & Responsibility :

- Hands on development for product/feature design and implementation

- Performs effective requirement analysis, impact analysis

- Adheres to best coding practices, code reviews and unit tests

- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client

- Effectively applies development methodology and enforces project standards

- Responsible for automation test development

- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures

- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

- Communicates and enforces standard practices to enable high-quality services to the clients

- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation

- Provide direction for the analysis, design, and systems integration for client engagements from definition phase through implementation

- Professionally lead one or more technology implementation/ process redesign projects based on client requirements

- Easily recognizes system/process deficiencies and contribute to implement effective solutions

- Apply knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve customer service

- Work independently with other Developers, Product Managers and an Architectural Lead

- Ensure highest level of technical quality, security, scalability, interoperability and stability in all products that are developed

- Respond to user support requests and issues

- Manages day-to-day stakeholder relationships, identify new technology opportunities

- Support business development initiatives apart from operational aspects of a project and scope

Skills :

- Strong experience in developing full stack web-based software using .NET including, C#, SQL Server, Non SQL DB (MongoDB) and relevant web standards such as Angular, JavaScript, Type Script, HTML, CSS and JQuery, AWS (ECS, Secret Manager, Lambda Functions, S3 bucket, SES)

- Good knowledge Azure environment

- Practical experience with tools in AWS to evaluate application and hosted services performance and make technical changes to improve applications performance metrics

- Experience working with complex, high-transactional product integration or APIs in an AGILE environment is highly desirable

- Experienced in other Microsoft technologies such as MVC, Cosmos DB, Entity Framework

- Domain Driven Design, Model Driven Design

- Proficiency with SQL and noSQL database technologies

Requirements :

- Strong in .Net technology knowledge base with ability to perform hands-on work on architecting, designing, development of the project

- Experience in using architecture styles and patterns, design patterns, OAD concepts. UML is a plus

- Experience in building software systems based on Web, client-server and distributed architectures including microservices

- 8+ years of Development experience in .NET environment. Strong Understanding of .NET platform

- Should be able to transform requirements to technical design

- Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements

- Excellent Communication

- Experience in working on Agile-Scrum teams
