Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade .NET Full Stack applications.

- Develop and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices-based solutions.

- Participate in FHIR API development and healthcare interoperability initiatives.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Develop and integrate healthcare data exchange solutions using FHIR standards.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues.

- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.

- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7 to 9 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.

- Hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.

- Strong experience in Full Stack development using Angular (preferred) or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR standards and FHIR API implementation.

- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability and healthcare data exchange standards.

- Strong experience in the US Healthcare domain.

- Strong experience with SMART on FHIR implementation.

- Experience with EHR/EMR integrations and healthcare interoperability solutions.

- Experience with SQL Server/PostgreSQL, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Experience with Azure Cloud services, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT Authentication, and API security best practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or other messaging/event-driven platforms.

- Experience with CMS interoperability initiatives and healthcare integration projects.

- Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud-native application development.

- Experience working with healthcare compliance and security standards.
