As a Senior Full Stack .Net Developer, you will spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of robust enterprise-grade applications. You will operate at the intersection of backend architecture and frontend user experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of high-impact platforms, directly influencing the digital transformation initiatives of our clients in the Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build end-to-end web applications using the .NET ecosystem to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise users.

- Lead the development of complex backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend frameworks to deliver a cohesive user experience.

- Optimize database schemas and queries to enhance application speed and data integrity for large-scale business operations.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot critical production issues and implement long-term architectural improvements that minimize technical debt.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#, with a strong grasp of modern design patterns and microservices architecture.

- Proven ability to develop responsive frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
