Senior .Net Developer/Technical Lead - Entity Framework

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with 12-15 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET technologies, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps, and will play a key role in developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex enterprise-level applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.

- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing advanced T-SQL queries, stored procedures,

functions, views, and triggers.

- Architect and implement Microservices, SOA-based solutions, and ASP.NET Web Forms applications.

- Develop and consume SOAP-based Web Services and ensure integration across platforms.

- Utilize expertise in multithreading, asynchronous programming, and Windows Services for robust and efficient application development.

- Manage source control, build, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and scalability.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.

Primary Skills & Qualifications :

- 12-15 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 10 years hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

- Strong expertise in Entity Framework (EF Core) and ORM technologies.

- In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server, including writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, cursors, and working with database objects.

- Experience in developing and managing Microservices architectures and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

- Proficient in ASP.NET Web Forms (Classic), SOAP Web Services, and ASP.NET Web API.

- Skilled in Multithreading and Asynchronous programming for high-performance applications.

- Experience working with Windows Services and background process implementations.

- Familiarity with HTML5 and front-end basics.

- Strong experience using Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and project tracking.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills and experience leading technical teams
