What You'll Work On :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server & Entity Framework.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Microservices, and distributed applications.

- Work on event-driven architectures and scalable enterprise solutions.

- Develop and integrate modern UI applications using React; Angular/Vue exposure is also valuable.

- Build and integrate cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and Azure Functions.

- Apply SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Clean Code, and secure coding practices.

- Champion TDD, unit testing, automated testing, and continuous delivery across development activities.

- Work closely with Architects to evolve frameworks, design patterns, reference architectures, and technical standards.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery.

- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from technical design and development through deployment and production support.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, DevSecOps, and deployment practices.

- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and architectural discussions.

- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and automation.

Technical Leadership :

As a Senior Associate, you will also :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Conduct/support code reviews and promote clean, maintainable code.

- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices across the team.

- Contribute to technical roadmaps and engineering standards.

- Lead technical initiatives that improve team capability and engineering maturity.
