As a Software Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of complex software and integration solutions. You will work across squads, driving innovation, scalability, and modernization of enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership and direction across multiple projects

- Design and develop scalable API-driven and integration solutions

- Lead modernization of legacy systems and adoption of new technologies

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

- Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and system reliability

- Champion CI/CD, DevOps, and automation best practices

- Ensure strong monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks

- Mentor engineering teams and promote continuous improvement culture

- Work in a T-shaped team model, contributing across the full engineering lifecycle

What Were Looking For :

- 10+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and leadership

- Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core / Framework)

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and integration patterns

- Experience with event streaming platforms (Kafka or similar)

- Proven track record in modernizing legacy systems

- Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation

- Familiarity with Git / TFS / Azure DevOps or similar tools

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
