Senior Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer

Location: PAN India - Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Noida, Coimbatore, Indore, Nagpur & Bhubaneswar (Hybrid)

Role Description:

- Expertise/Knowledge in Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake architecture, Fabric IQ, and modern data engineering practices.

- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale data platforms leveraging OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, and AI-powered analytics capabilities within Microsoft Fabric.

- Build scalable data pipelines, implementing data governance, enabling AI/ML workloads, and supporting enterprise analytics through a unified data platform.

- Experience with Fabric Data Agents.

- Experience building analytical Data Products.

Mandatory Skills:

- 8+ years of Data Engineering experience.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Engineering workloads.

- 7+ years working with Microsoft Azure Data Platform services.

- 7+ years of experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling.

Strong expertise with:

- Microsoft Fabric

- OneLake

- Lakehouse

- Data Factory

- Azure Synapse

- Dataflows Gen2

- Power BI

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a head for problem solving.

Nice to Have:

- Experience integrating Fabric with Copilot, Agentic AI, or enterprise AI solutions.

- Experience building AI-ready data platforms.

- Knowledge of Responsible AI and data governance practices.
