Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment. The candidate should be able to independently manage Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft security tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.

- Manage users, mailboxes, licenses, security groups, permissions, and access.

- Configure and manage Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect for identity synchronization and SSO.

- Manage Azure resources such as subscriptions, resource groups, virtual networks, and storage.

- Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and SMTP Relay.

- Support secure email delivery for enterprise applications, including .NET Core applications.

- Implement and manage MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Microsoft Defender, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

- Manage Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security.

- Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, and mail-flow issues.

- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Power Automate.

- Monitor Microsoft 365 tenant health, security, and compliance.

- Support Microsoft 365 migrations and hybrid environment changes.

- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, hybrid identity, and SSO.

- Experience implementing MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and Microsoft Defender.

- Good understanding of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.

- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

- Experience with Exchange Online mail flow, connectors, and SMTP Relay.

- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Good to Have:

- Experience with SMTP Relay for enterprise applications, especially .NET Core applications.

- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 or Microsoft 365 Security Administrator.

- Experience working in banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments.

- Knowledge of compliance, auditing, and data protection requirements.
