Role Purpose : Build responsive web and mobile experiences for Platform Development, translating user journeys and API integrations into maintainable production interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop reusable MERN/React components and responsive web or mobile experiences.

- Integrate user journeys with APIs, authentication, analytics, bots, portals, and notification channels.

- Improve performance, accessibility, maintainability, security, and user experience quality.

- Partner with UX, backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams through design and release cycles.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Core capabilities : MERN Stack, GenAI, Agentic AI, JIRA, CI/CD, Databases, AWS, Microservices.

- Strong component design, state management, responsive UI, API integration, browser/mobile performance, accessibility, and code-review skills.

Success Measures :

- Deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality gates, and business acceptance expectations.

- Risks, blockers, defects, and dependencies are visible early and managed through closure.

- Solutions and handovers are secure, maintainable, documented, and production-ready.
