Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and a solid background in managing and troubleshooting production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.

- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality.

- Write and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and support scripts/tools.

- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and knowledge sharing.

- Collaborate closely with DevOps and QA teams for seamless deployment and support.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Hands-on experience with production support, monitoring tools, and incident management.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
