- Design and oversee the technical and integration architecture of BMP / Modernized OPUS.
- Produce and maintain key architecture artefacts including architecture decision, architecture decision logs, component interaction diagram, sequence diagrams.
- Define, design, drive development of system interfaces within the respective platform.
- Provide guidance to the development team on the appropriate technology stack for ongoing development aligning to Enterprise Architecture guidance.
- Experience and expertise in areas related to either BMP or OPUS.
Qualification :
- Bachelor in Engineering/MCA/M.Sc/ M./ MBA in Systems, IT or Insurance or Finance.
Technical :
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as technical architect, expertise with lead application development with internal team and vendor.
- Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) and Container Runtime platform deployments.
- Experience with and hands-on know-how on modern web application architecture and development, Microservice and system integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of modern Java development & document databases (MongoDB).
- Expertise in architecting solution for Non-Functional Requirements like security, performance, availability and scalability.
- Experience on development tool chain, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Sonar, ArgoCD, Jira, Junit and similar automated testing tool(s).
- Experience with GenAI assisted development.
- Work with engineer leads to drive the adoption and enforcement of coding guidelines and standards, and proposing new if needed.
- Familiarity with BMP vertical assets and architecture, or Modernized OPUS architecture.
- Familiarity with ACM processes.
- Good knowledge of the latest technology trends.
