ICT Procurement Lead / Senior Manager

We are hiring an experienced ICT Procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities across enterprise IT, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and communication systems for large-scale infrastructure/project environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement of ICT-related materials and services including :

1. Software licensing and enterprise applications

2. IT hardware (servers, storage systems, laptops, desktops)

3. Cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, network security systems)

4. Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, cabling)

5. Communication systems (radios, walkie-talkies, etc.)

- Manage vendor sourcing, techno-commercial evaluations, and contract finalization

- Drive commercial negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions

- Collaborate closely with project, IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely procurement aligned with project milestones

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and project requirements

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global OEMs, system integrators, and technology vendors

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 15-20 years of procurement experience with strong specialization in ICT category buying

- Proven experience handling large-scale procurement within infrastructure, industrial, EPC, or project-based environments

Strong understanding of :

1. Enterprise IT systems

2. Network infrastructure

3. Cybersecurity technologies and procurement

- Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities

- Experience managing global vendors and complex procurement cycles

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.Tech or equivalent) is mandatory
