Role Overview :

As a Senior Manager for GRC Operations, you will spearhead the governance, risk, and compliance framework within our organization, ensuring our operational standards align with global benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the MetricStream platform to automate risk and compliance workflows across the enterprise.

- Architect and manage robust API integrations between internal systems and compliance tools to ensure real-time data synchronization and reporting accuracy.

- Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO certification standards to ensure the organization remains audit-ready and compliant with international best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies that protect business continuity and stakeholder interests.

- Mentor a high-performing team to drive excellence in GRC operations, fostering a culture of accountability and proactive problem-solving.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing GRC platforms, specifically MetricStream, with a proven track record of scaling these systems to meet complex business requirements.

- Strong technical proficiency in API architecture and system integration, enabling the seamless flow of data across diverse enterprise environments.

- Deep understanding of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable operational policies.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of communicating technical risk assessments to executive leadership and influencing strategic decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, on-site environment in Hyderabad, balancing long-term strategic initiatives with immediate operational demands.

- A postgraduate degree in Management or a related technical field is preferred, complemented by 10 - 12 years of progressive experience in risk management and compliance operations.
