- Define and execute the data & analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of BI solutions, dashboards, and data models using Power BI and Azure data services.

- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams consisting of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts.

- Oversee the design and implementation of data pipelines, data lakes, and analytics platforms on Azure.

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify analytics needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.

- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, security, and compliance.

- Drive adoption of data-driven insights across departments through advanced analytics and visualization.

- Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks for strategic business functions.

- Evaluate emerging data technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance organizational capabilities.

- Manage vendor relationships, project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or related domains.

- Strong hands-on and managerial experience with Power BI, including modeling, DAX, dashboards, and governance.

- Deep understanding of Azure Data Services such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, SQL DB, etc.

- Proven track record in leading large-scale analytics programs and cross-functional teams.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, modernization, and digital transformation.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
