We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead our Business Intelligence and Data Analytics function on the Azure platform.

With 15+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep expertise in managing data teams, driving BI initiatives, and ensuring data governance and compliance.

This role is crucial for transforming our data into a strategic asset that drives business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Leadership : Lead the development and execution of the company's BI and Data Analytics strategy on Azure.

- You'll manage and mentor a team of data professionals to deliver high-impact solutions.

- Data Architecture & Management : Oversee the entire data lifecycle, from ETL and data ingestion to data modeling and reporting.

- You'll ensure data pipelines are robust, scalable, and efficient.

- Governance & Compliance : Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and compliance to maintain data integrity and meet regulatory requirements.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with business leaders to understand their data needs, define key metrics, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

Technical Skills :

- Cloud Platform : Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Azure services related to data, analytics, and BI.

- Data & Analytics : Deep expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics.

- Technical Concepts : Strong experience with ETL processes, Data Modeling, Data Governance, and ensuring Security and Compliance.

- Languages & Tools : Expert-level knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Education & Experience :

Experience : A minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in data, BI, or analytics, with a significant portion of that time in a leadership or management role.

Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is required.
