About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of complex business workflows and elegant product experiences. You will own critical product areas within our ERP and accounting suite used by 300,000+ businesses across India to manage their day-to-day back-office operations, GST/VAT compliance, and both B2B and B2C commerce. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with founders, engineering, and customers to shape the product roadmap and drive meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do :

- Own product areas end-to-end from customer discovery and problem definition through to solution design, delivery, and measurable impact

- Define product strategy and roadmaps for your area, keeping them tightly aligned with business goals and customer needs across on-premise, cloud, and mobile environments

- Write clear, outcome-driven PRDs and work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality, on-time execution

- Partner with design to deliver experiences that are simple and intuitive even when the underlying workflows are complex (think GST filing, multi-entity accounting, inventory reconciliation)

- Use data, usage signals, and customer feedback to drive prioritisation and continuously improve adoption and retention

- Engage directly and regularly with customers SMBs and enterprises alike to uncover real pain points and validate product decisions before building

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams on go-to-market planning, feature launches, and competitive positioning

- Mentor and support other PMs on the team, raising the bar on product thinking and execution standards

What We're Looking For :

- 7-10 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS

- Strong product sense with a genuine customer-first approach

- Solid grasp of UX principles, user research methods, and product analytics

- Comfort working closely with engineering teams and navigating technical trade-offs

- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on you can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to write a detailed spec

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across functions

Good to Have :

- Prior experience in accounting, ERP, fintech, compliance, or SMB-focused software

- Familiarity with on-premise + cloud hybrid product environments

- Exposure to PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies or self-serve product models

- Engineering background or hands-on technical experience

- Experience managing or mentoring other PMs
