Technical Requirements :

- Technical experience with building large-scale backend software / platforms, leading, supporting & growing large development teams.

- 5+ years of software development management experience, managing team of engineers.

- Experience in AI & ML or Data.

- Demonstrated experience partnering with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to create the course of a platform.

- Contributed in the past to the technical strategy of the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from initial research and prototyping to large-scale deployment, ensuring they meet rigorous performance and reliability standards.

- Mentor and lead a diverse team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and agile delivery.

- Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical roadmaps and scalable AI-driven product features.

- Optimize infrastructure and MLOps pipelines to reduce latency and improve model training efficiency, directly impacting the speed and quality of our service delivery.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, model governance, and ethical AI, ensuring our systems remain compliant, scalable, and maintainable as the business grows.
