About the Role :

We are looking for experienced Machine Learning Engineers to contribute to AI training projects involving model development, training pipelines, inference systems, and performance optimization.

This is a highly technical, coding-intensive role requiring strong Python skills and hands-on experience with coding agents.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and validate machine learning models and training pipelines.

- Build and optimize inference systems, data pipelines, and model evaluation workflows.

- Debug technical issues and improve model performance, memory usage, and computational efficiency.

- Create reproducible solutions and validate results using Python and command-line tools.

- Use coding agents to support development, debugging, and engineering workflows.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Machine Learning and Python programming.

- Hands-on experience with model training, inference, and performance optimization.

- Practical experience using coding agents with Python is mandatory.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Ability to develop, test, and validate complex technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- M.Sc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in AI research, machine learning engineering, or production-level ML systems.

- Contributions to open-source projects or experience in recognized technology companies, AI labs, or research organizations.
