Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying advanced statistical, econometric, and optimization models to solve complex business problems and develop scalable analytical solutions that drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Apply advanced statistical, econometric, and optimization techniques to address real-world business challenges.

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and business forecasting.

- Build and maintain Time Series Forecasting models to support planning and decision-making processes.

- Develop and optimize machine learning models using algorithms such as XGBoost and Random Forest.

- Create Propensity Models to predict customer behavior, engagement, and business outcomes.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Evaluate model performance and implement enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

- Support the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments.

- Document methodologies, model assumptions, and analytical findings.
