Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation to build scalable AI solutions for enterprise automation.

The role involves developing production-grade AI systems for document intelligence, RAG, AI agents, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build AI agents and LLM-powered automation workflows.

- Develop RAG pipelines and document intelligence solutions.

- Process PDFs, emails, and unstructured data using OCR and LLMs.

- Design prompts, reasoning workflows, and evaluation pipelines.

- Build backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.

- Optimize AI systems for performance, cost, and reliability.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of Software/ML Engineering experience.

- Strong Python programming skills.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or CrewAI.

- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate).

- Experience with FastAPI, OCR, and document processing.

- Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Preferred :

- Experience in Insurance, Finance, Healthcare, or enterprise automation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently deliver production-ready AI systems.
