Job Description

Senior Low-Code Developer


We are seeking a Senior Low-Code Developer with deep expertise in HCL Volt MX to lead the modernization of legacy applications and drive digital transformation initiatives. Youll be embedded within the customers internal development team and play a pivotal role in defining platform best practices and enabling scalable development.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the migration of selected legacy applications to the HCL Volt MX platform

- Provide hands-on technical support and solution architecture for ongoing projects

- Mentor and train customer developers via on-the-job training

- Define and implement best practices, development standards, and governance for the Volt MX platform

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UI/UX, QA) to ensure quality and delivery timelines

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to integrations, mobile/web performance, and deployment pipelines

- Support backend integration using REST/SOAP APIs, authentication layers, and external systems


Required Skills & Experience :


- Minimum 6+ years of overall development experience, with at least 2+ years in HCL Volt MX (formerly Kony)

- Proven experience in low-code development platforms, especially for enterprise-grade mobile/web apps

- Strong command over Volt MX Foundry, Fabric, Iris Studio, and integrations

- Familiarity with API integrations, backend systems, middleware, and DevOps pipelines

- Experience mentoring junior developers or conducting hands-on workshops

- Ability to independently manage project timelines and work closely with stakeholders

- Strong understanding of security best practices, code reusability, and scalability standards


Preferred :


- HCL Volt MX Certification

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA

- Prior experience working in BFSI, Healthcare, or Enterprise IT environments
