Job Description :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in the design and development of Battery Management Systems (BMS) for lithium-ion battery packs.

- In-depth knowledge of Circuit Design, Analysis and Simulation with a strong background in analog, digital or power electronics.

- Proficiency in Simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools.

- Strong understanding of battery characteristics, chemistry, charging algorithms, and safety considerations.

- Experience with battery cell balancing techniques and algorithms.

- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations related to battery technology and electric vehicles.

- Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development for BMS applications is a plus.

- Ability to analyze and interpret battery performance data using relevant software tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of electrical, electronics concepts as related to BMS systems.

- Understanding of electrochemical principles related to battery systems.

- Proficiency in battery simulation and analysis tools, such as MATLAB, LTSPICE or equivalent.

- Experience with PCB design tools, such as OrCAD, Cadence, or equivalent.

- Familiarity in programming languages, such as C, C++, or Python, for embedded systems and data analysis is preferred.

- Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles for electronics and battery systems.

- Knowledge of safety and failure analysis techniques for battery systems, such as fault tree analysis (FTA) and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering.
