Technology Environment :

LLMs | Agentic AI | Azure AI | MLOps | AI/ML Engineering from Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG OR similar domains

We are looking for professionals with 10+ years of engineering experience, strong AI/ML leadership exposure and experience taking AI solutions into production at scale.

What You Will Own :

You will work closely with AI CoE, BRM, logistics leadership, business SMEs and technology teams to :

- Own AI strategy and domain deliverables for LCT 3.0

- Lead the development and enterprise deployment of AI solutions

- Drive Agentic AI / LLM-led applications from concept to production

- Establish and drive AI governance, model quality and adoption

- Translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions

- Lead and mentor AI/ML teams

- Drive measurable business outcomes through AI
