Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead data science projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality results aligned with business objectives.

- Design and implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve diverse business problems.

- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams to integrate data science solutions into existing products and workflows.

- Mentor and guide junior data scientists in their technical and professional development.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data science and machine learning.

- Develop and maintain documentation for data science processes, methodologies, and models.

Skills and Tools Required :

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or scikit-learn.

- Proficient in handling and analyzing large datasets using SQL or similar databases.

- Solid understanding of statistical methods and their application in data modeling.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib to present data insights.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop is a plus.

- A Masters or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
