Job Title : SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer / Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ implementation, customization, connector integration, and IAM operations. The role involves working on identity lifecycle management, access governance, certification, and platform support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support solutions in SailPoint IdentityIQ

- Develop and customize Java-based rules including workflow, form, quicklink, and certification rules

- Configure and manage provisioning / de-provisioning processes

- Handle access reviews, certifications, and identity governance processes

- Develop custom tasks, workflows, and filters based on business requirements

- Integrate and manage connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, SQL Server, and Sybase

- Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and provide incident resolution within SLA

- Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, patching, and support activities

- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and enhancements

- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance records

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (development and support)

- Hands-on experience in Java rule development

- Strong knowledge of IAM / IGA concepts

- Experience in SailPoint certifications (Manager, Advanced, Account Group Permissions, Delegation)

- Experience with Identity Object Model and SailPoint workflows

- Expertise in connector implementation and integration

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

- Experience in production support and maintenance

Good to Have :

- Custom connector development experience

- Knowledge of IAM security best practices

- Exposure to enterprise identity governance implementations

Preferred Candidate :

- Relevant experience in SailPoint IIQ

- Strong communication and stakeholder management

- Ability to work independently in support and implementation environments
