Role Overview:

Looking for a senior AI leader to architect, design, and deliver enterprise-scale AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions while driving technical strategy and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML and GenAI solutions.

- Design scalable solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, and ML.

- Define AI technical roadmaps and solution architectures.

- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering governance.

- Drive MLOps/LLMOps, observability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.

- Guide teams across the complete AI lifecycle from ideation to production.

- Engage with business leaders, architects, product teams, and clients.

- Lead technical workshops, solutioning, and executive presentations.

- Mentor AI engineers, technical leads, and architects.

- Support AI transformation, pre-sales, estimations, and reusable AI accelerators.

Must-Have Skills:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related domains.

- Strong expertise in ML, Deep Learning, NLP, GenAI, and LLMs.

- Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and Vector Databases.

- Python and SQL.

- LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face.

- PyTorch / TensorFlow.

- Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services / AWS AI/ML / Google Cloud AI.

- Databricks / Snowflake / Enterprise Data Platforms.

- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps.

- Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Good to Have:

- Healthcare / Life Sciences / Pharma / regulated industry experience.

- Azure AI Engineer / Azure Solutions Architect certification.

- AWS ML / Google Professional ML / Databricks ML certifications
