We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Java Software Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend solutions using Java and modern frameworks. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, secure, and high-performance applications that power mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with high performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices in software engineering.

- Lead design discussions and code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovations that add business value.

Technical Skills :

- Strong core Java (8/11/17) programming experience.

- Expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a strong plus.

- Good understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
