Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and understand customer requirements to translate into technical solutions.

- Lead the high-level and technical design of complex software systems.

- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based web applications.

- Implement microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.

- Utilize AWS services, NoSQL databases, and distributed systems concepts.

- Estimate development effort, contribute to sprint planning, and track progress using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive quality assurance through unit testing and documentation.

- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve system performance and development efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and design patterns.

- Proven experience in developing and deploying microservices-based architectures.

- Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway).

- Solid understanding of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment
