Senior Java Lead Engineer/Vice President - Spring Frameworks

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Java Lead Engineer Vice President to join a corporate digital banking technology team. This role involves leading the design, development, and evolution of scalable, high-performance digital platforms while driving innovation and technical excellence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guide technical direction, manage risks, and contribute to strategic technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions

- Lead Java-based application development using modern frameworks and best practices

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies

- Drive code quality through reviews, unit testing, and secure coding practices

- Lead and mentor engineers; provide technical guidance and coaching

- Participate in multi-year, cross-functional initiatives and influence technical direction

- Ensure adherence to risk, control, and governance standards

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to engineering excellence

- Support continuous improvement initiatives across platforms and processes
