- Engineering Leadership : Spearhead the evolution of the corporate digital banking platform. You will lead high-performing engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy mission-critical software that serves global clients.

- Strategic Architecture : Drive the transition toward modern, resilient architectures. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Microservices-based solutions that integrate seamlessly with legacy and emerging systems.

- Technical Excellence : Maintain a hands-on approach to coding standards and architectural reviews. You will ensure the team utilizes the full potential of Java 17/23, Spring Boot, and advanced JPA/Hibernate patterns.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Core Technical Stack : A minimum of 14 years of experience with expert-level proficiency in Java (including JDK 17/23), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

- Data Management : Extensive experience with Oracle Database, including performance tuning and complex data modeling for high-concurrency systems.

- Architectural Mastery : Proven track record in designing and implementing Microservices and RESTful APIs within a distributed systems environment.

- DevOps & CI/CD : Deep familiarity with modern developer toolsets, including Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Nexus, and Git, to drive automation and high-quality release cycles.

- Agile Leadership : Mastery of Scrum concepts and the Agile Methodology, with a focus on producing high-quality, iterative software increments.
