Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based backend development, modern frontend technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.

The candidate will be responsible for leading technical implementation, driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with product managers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.

- Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and secure backend services using microservices and distributed systems principles.

- Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly frontend components using React.js or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and, where applicable, GraphQL services for seamless communication between frontend applications and backend systems.

- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, scalability, and efficient query execution.

- Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards and engineering best practices.

- Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and other application security controls.

- Design asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures using messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

- Drive CI/CD automation, containerization, and deployment practices using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins or equivalent platforms.

- Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform to build and deploy scalable applications.

- Identify and resolve complex performance bottlenecks, production issues, and system reliability challenges.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and DevOps engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and promote continuous improvement across engineering teams.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve application performance, maintainability, scalability, and development efficiency.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java, including object-oriented programming, collections, concurrency, multithreading, exception handling, and JVM fundamentals.

- Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data.

- Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.

- Hands-on expertise in React.js or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, including database design, indexing, and query optimization.

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis.

- Experience with messaging and event-streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, domain-driven design, and clean architecture.

- Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, automated testing frameworks, and code quality tools.

- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based application deployment.

- Understanding of application security, secure coding practices, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and role-based access control.

- Experience with monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tools.

Experience and Qualifications :

- 15 - 22 years of overall software engineering experience, with substantial hands-on expertise in Java and full-stack application development.

- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, highly available enterprise applications.

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and make architecture and technology decisions.

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring, and delivery ownership.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-native architecture, serverless computing, and distributed application design.

- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and tools such as Terraform.

- Exposure to observability platforms, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent tools.

- Experience implementing performance testing, resilience patterns, and fault-tolerant systems.

- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and automated security testing.

- Experience contributing to technical roadmaps, architecture reviews, and engineering process improvements.
