Key Skills Required :

- Strong Java Development experience.

- Excellent hands-on experience in ReactJS.

- Strong Core Java - Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Streams.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud & Microservices.

- Strong experience with Kafka.

- Good understanding of RESTful Services & API Design.

- Experience with MySQL & PostgreSQL.

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD - Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle.

- Experience with JUnit & Mockito.

- Good understanding of Design Patterns & OOP principles.

- AWS knowledge - EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda - will be an added advantage.

- Excellent leadership, communication & collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.

- Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews.

- Design and develop Java applications using Spring Boot & Microservices.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.

- Optimize database schemas and queries.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

- Oversee unit and integration testing.

- Handle performance tuning and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps and Product teams.

- Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
