Role Overview :

As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance applications that power our clients' critical business operations. This role involves leading technical initiatives, collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions. You will contribute significantly to the architectural vision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that directly impacts user satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement highly scalable and resilient microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability for enterprise-level applications.

- Lead the development of responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js and TypeScript, delivering exceptional user experiences for various client platforms.

- Drive the adoption of cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as AWS Lambda, SQS, and other managed services to build efficient and cost-effective infrastructure.

- Optimize database interactions and data storage solutions, including Redis, to ensure high availability and low-latency data access for critical application functionalities.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, best practices, and continuous learning within the engineering team.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural patterns, and security best practices across the full stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, estimate project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of complex features from conception to deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, staging, and production environments, maintaining high system uptime and reliability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development, with a strong command over Java and the Spring/Spring Boot ecosystem for backend services.

- Proficient in modern frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vue.js, capable of building sophisticated and performant user interfaces.

- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, encompassing services like AWS Lambda, SQS, EC2, S3, and database services.

- Solid understanding and practical experience with NoSQL databases like Redis for caching, session management, and real-time data processing.
