Backend (Microservice) :

- Language : Java 17+

- Frameworks : Spring Boot (WebFlux / MVC), Spring Security, Spring Data JPA

- API Standards : RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation

- Database : PostgreSQL for audit logging, ID mapping, and metadata persistence

- Caching/Queueing : Redis for caching and background job queues

- Containerization & Deployment : Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS)

- Secrets Management : AWS Parameter Store, HashiCorp Vault, or Azure Key Vault

- Authentication : OWI SSO using Client Credentials (OAuth 2.0)

- Build/CI-CD : Maven or Gradle, integrated with Jenkins/GitHub Actions

Monitoring & Observability : Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack Frontend (eManager Web) :

- Integrate Pendo Web Agent

- Initialize via a secure token exchange from the Pendo Insights microservice

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy the Pendo Insights microservice in Java (Spring Boot).

- Integrate secure Pendo token exchange and manage lifecycle of short-lived credentials.

- Implement data enrichment and normalization pipelines for user/account metadata.

- Develop bulk sync and webhook processing flows.

- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to define tracking events and data governance rules.

- Ensure security, performance, and observability across the integration stack.

- Extend the integration framework for use by other internal platforms (e.g., 10-4, Card Control).

Preferred Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.

- Strong expertise in microservice architecture, REST APIs, and secure authentication flows (OAuth 2.0 / JWT).

- Hands-on experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, and asynchronous message processing.

-Familiarity with analytics/telemetry platforms such as Pendo, Segment, or Mixpanel.

- Working knowledge of containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting pipelines (Grafana, ELK).

- Exposure to frontend integration and SDK-based analytics is a plus.
