Job Title : Senior Java Developer

About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable SaaS/Enterprise applications.

You'll design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using modern Java frameworks while ensuring reliability, scalability, and clean architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.

- Build and enhance SaaS / Enterprise-grade applications with focus on scalability and performance.

- Participate in architectural discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing systems.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5-10 years of hands-on software development experience in Java.

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices architecture.

- Proven experience in designing and building SaaS / Enterprise applications.

- Practical exposure to CI/CD, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and deployment automation.

- Solid understanding of performance tuning and scalable system design.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka), caching (Redis), and BPMN engines (Camunda).

- Exposure to workflow automation and cloud-native architectures.
