Position Overview :

KPI Partners is seeking a highly skilled Informatica MDM Architect to support our client Workday as part of our offshore delivery team with 820 years of relevant experience.

This is a full-time offshore position requiring strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment. The role centers on senior Informatica MDM architect with 8+ years experience (5+ years experience in MDM), you will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex master data management solutions, define enterprise data architecture strategies, and guide engineering teams to align data integration and governance goals with business needs. The initial engagement is planned for 6 month(s).

About the Role :

As an Informatica MDM Architect at KPI Partners, you will be embedded within the Workday account team, responsible for delivering high-quality data and analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Key technologies include MDM, Informatica, SQL, and Data Architect. You will be expected to design solutions : build scalable MDM and data governance architectures and contribute to broader data strategy initiatives. You will collaborate closely with onshore leads, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Senior Informatica MDM Architect with 8+ years experience (5+ years experience in MDM), you will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex master data management solutions, define enterprise data architecture strategies, and guide engineering teams to align data integration and governance goals with business needs.

- Design Solutions : Build scalable MDM and data governance architectures.

- Lead Migration : Direct the legacy-to-modern platform transition from Reltio to Informatica MDM.

- Lead Teams : Guide developers, data modelers, and administrators.

- Integrate Systems : Connect MDM hubs with enterprise applications.

- Optimize Performance : Tune data matching, merging, and batch jobs.

Must-Have Skills :

1. Informatica MDM Multidomain Edition : Deep expertise in configuration and deployment.

2. Platform Transition : Proven experience migrating data, models, and rules from Reltio.

3. Data Mapping : Ability to convert Reltio graph-based JSON models into relational schemas.

4. Data Quality (IDQ) : Skills in profiling, cleansing, and matching rules.

5. Database Knowledge : Advanced SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle or SQL Server.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 820 years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM Architect or a closely related field.
