Role & responsibilities :

- Design and manage IAM solutions using Okta, Active Directory, and Azure AD/Entra ID.

- Automate identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and deprovisioning.

- Implement secure authentication, authorization, SSO, RBAC, and JIT access.

- Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) and enforce least-privilege access.

- Develop scripts and workflows to automate identity and access processes.

- Lead IAM projects, technical design, risk management, and delivery.

- Create and maintain IAM policies, standards, procedures, and runbooks.

- Support security audits, compliance, and identity governance.

Total Experience : 5-9 years

Preferred candidate profile :

- 5+ years of IAM or Identity Security experience.

- Hands-on experience with Okta, Active Directory, and Azure AD / Entra ID.

- Strong experience with PAM, JIT access, and non-human identity management.

- Strong automation and scripting skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
