Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior IAM Engineer Okta with strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Lifecycle Management, and Okta Identity Governance (OIG). The role involves application integrations, identity lifecycle automation, governance, and security configuration.

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

- Strong experience with Okta Identity Cloud, Universal Directory, Lifecycle Management, and OIG.

- Hands-on experience with Okta Workflows and identity lifecycle/JML automation.

- Experience with SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM application integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Access Requests, Access Certifications, Resource Catalogs, and approval workflows.

- Experience with Org2Org, Identity Providers (IdPs), Event Hooks, Inline Hooks, and REST APIs.

- Experience developing custom connectors using Java/Python, Okta SDKs, and APIs.

- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, RBAC, and IAM security best practices.

- Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD is preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

- Ability to mentor junior engineers and support testing, deployment, production rollout, and documentation.
