Job Description :

Zinnov is hiring for the role of Senior IAM Engineer on behalf of our Global MNC MedTech client company. This role is part of the company's establishment of their new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru.

What you'll do :

As a Senior IAM Engineer, you will design and support identity and access management solutions that secure user access across enterprise applications and platforms.

How you'll make an impact :

- Implement and support IAM engineering solutions across enterprise applications

- Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning and access lifecycle workflows

- Enable secure access through SSO, MFA and federation capabilities

- Strengthen access governance through roles, certifications and policy controls

- Build and maintain API-based integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise systems

- Troubleshoot IAM platform issues and drive resolution with minimal user disruption

- Partner with application teams to onboard new systems to the IAM platform

- Support IAM audit and compliance evidence gathering

What you'll bring :

Total Experience : 5 - 8 years

Skills Required :

- Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt and/or Okta

- Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, provisioning, RBAC and access governance

- Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise applications using APIs

- Good knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access reviews and certification workflows

- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration and operational ownership skills

- Experience in global or matrixed environments is preferred

- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
