We are looking for an experienced IAM professional with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management, IAM architecture, integrations, solution design, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, configure, customize, and implement large-scale IAM solutions and integrations.

- Lead IAM requirements gathering, client workshops, solution design, and technical documentation.

- Customize and develop IAM integrations based on business and technical requirements.

- Manage project deliverables independently and ensure successful implementation.

- Work closely with client teams, onsite/offshore teams, and technology vendors.

- Handle advanced debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex IAM issues.

- Lead IAM strategy engagements including IAM roadmap development and solution planning.

- Support IAM product/vendor evaluation and selection activities.

- Mentor junior IAM resources and provide technical guidance to project teams.

- Explore emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices.

- Contribute to IAM thought-leadership activities such as technical papers and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Support RFPs, proposals, solutioning, and business-development activities.

- Participate in campus and lateral recruitment activities.
