Job Title : Senior Golang Developer

Experience : 10+ Years (Minimum 6 Years in Golang Mandatory)

Location : Delhi / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang

- Build and manage scalable microservices architecture and REST/gRPC APIs

- Work on concurrency, performance optimization, and system scalability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA) to deliver reliable solutions

- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews

- Golang developers typically focus on building scalable backend services, APIs, and optimizing system performance in distributed environments

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of overall software development experience

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Golang (mandatory)

- Strong understanding of :

1. Microservices architecture

2. Distributed systems & concurrency (goroutines, channels)

3. Experience in building RESTful / gRPC APIs

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design

- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka / RabbitMQ)

- Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code

- Experience in high-scale distributed systems

- Knowledge of caching systems (Redis, Memcached)
