Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Consultant to drive the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, Python, and cloud-based AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for Generative AI adoption.

- Define Generative AI solution strategies, technical approaches, and implementation roadmaps.

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Gen AI applications using LLMs, foundation models, RAG, and intelligent automation.

- Build LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, context management, embeddings, and semantic search.

- Design and implement RAG pipelines using document processing, chunking, retrieval, and reranking.

- Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and document intelligence solutions.

- Build and orchestrate AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing multi-step workflows.

- Evaluate different LLMs based on accuracy, latency, scalability, security, and cost.

- Develop and optimize prompt templates for business-specific outcomes.

- Implement LLM evaluation frameworks to assess response quality and hallucination rates.

- Integrate Gen AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.

- Design solutions addressing data security, privacy, and responsible AI governance.

- Lead technical workshops and solution discussions with clients.

- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and architects to deliver production-ready solutions.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models.

- Strong programming experience in Python.

- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM application development.

- Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.

- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating AI services.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Docker.

Consulting & Client Engagement:

- Work directly with clients to understand AI transformation objectives.

- Conduct discovery sessions and technical workshops.

- Prepare solution approaches, architecture recommendations, and technical proposals.

- Explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
