Role Overview :

As a Senior GenAI Full Stack Developer, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and robust software engineering. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying end-to-end applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex business challenges. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and UI/UX designers, you will bridge the gap between experimental AI models and production-grade user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build scalable full-stack applications by integrating ReactJS frontends with Node.js and Python-based backend services to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Engineer sophisticated AI-driven features by integrating LLMs and vector databases, ensuring high-performance retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for our enterprise clients.

- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate abstract business requirements into functional technical specifications, ensuring that AI solutions provide measurable value and efficiency.

- Optimize system performance and latency by refining API architectures and managing asynchronous data flows, which is critical for maintaining real-time responsiveness in AI-heavy applications.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence within the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-ready applications using ReactJS, Node.js, and Python, with a deep understanding of how to bridge these technologies in a microservices architecture.

- Proven ability to implement and fine-tune Generative AI models and LLM frameworks, showcasing a strong grasp of prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all project phases.

- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, where rapid iteration and continuous learning are the norms.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and AI integration.
