Senior Full Stack Engineer/Technical Lead - AWS Bedrock Systems

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-powered platforms using AWS Bedrock and modern cloud-native architectures.

The ideal candidate will drive technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and bridge AI orchestration systems with enterprise backend platforms.

This role requires strong systems-thinking, deep backend architecture expertise, and the ability to design maintainable, scalable, and intelligent systems integrating conversational AI, forecasting engines, and enterprise APIs.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Design and architect AWS Bedrock-based agent systems, including Agents for Amazon Bedrock and tool/function calling patterns

- Oversee integration between conversational AI/chatbot platforms, forecasting engines, and existing enterprise APIs

- Make critical technical decisions related to architecture, scalability, performance, and maintainability

- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and platform design principles

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews across engineering teams

- Bridge AI orchestration components with traditional backend systems and enterprise workflows

- Drive modular, scalable, and reusable system architecture strategies

- Collaborate closely with AI/ML, frontend, backend, and DevOps teams

- Ensure strong observability, security, reliability, and operational excellence practices

- Guide platform evolution and evaluate emerging tools/frameworks in the GenAI ecosystem

Essential Skills :

- Strong Systems Thinking mindset with ability to design scalable and maintainable platforms

- Deep backend architecture experience using Node.js and/or Python

- Hands-on experience integrating with AWS Bedrock runtime, Bedrock Agents, and supporting AWS services

- Strong expertise in API design patterns, integration architecture, and distributed systems

- Understanding of LLM integration patterns, conversational AI systems, and evolving AI tooling ecosystems

- Experience designing cloud-native and event-driven architectures

- Strong system design capabilities with focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability

- Experience with microservices or modular service-based architectures

- Strong understanding of orchestration workflows, tool calling, and AI platform integration patterns

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and leadership capabilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building AI assistants, copilots, or enterprise conversational AI platforms

- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks

- Experience with forecasting, analytics, or dashboard-driven applications

- Strong understanding of cloud-native engineering and DevOps practices

- Experience mentoring teams and leading technical architecture discussions

- Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and frameworks
