- Lead, mentor, and support frontend and backend engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best engineering practices.

- Architect, design, and develop scalable full-stack applications using React, Python, and/or Node.js.

- Build, launch, and continuously improve customer-facing web applications and platform services.

- Design and develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Develop responsive, reusable, and high-quality frontend components using React and modern JavaScript.

- Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies for high-performance applications.

- Improve deployment workflows, monitoring, debugging, and production reliability.

- Manage Linux-based development and production environments.

- Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker.

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to engineering standards, coding guidelines, and technical documentation.

- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance, scalability, and security.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development.

- Strong backend development experience using Python and/or Node.js.

- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Strong understanding of HTTP protocols and modern web application architecture.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and database performance tuning.

- Experience working with Linux environments and command-line tools.

- Practical experience with Docker and containerized application development.

- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Git.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with distributed messaging systems such as Kafka or NATS.

- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms including JWT, OAuth, and session-based authentication.

- Experience implementing logging, monitoring, observability, and production diagnostics.

- Exposure to distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical best practices.
