Role Overview :

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be at the forefront of building next-generation enterprise applications that integrate sophisticated AI agentic workflows with robust, scalable cloud architectures. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performance, user-centric solutions. By leveraging your expertise in the .NET ecosystem and modern frontend frameworks, you will drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring that our platforms not only meet current performance standards but also evolve to incorporate cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities that deliver tangible value to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable microservices using C# and .NET to ensure high availability and seamless integration across distributed systems.

- Design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces using React.js to provide a frictionless experience for end-users.

- Integrate Agentic AI workflows and Large Language Models using LangChain to automate complex decision-making processes and enhance product intelligence.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to optimize infrastructure efficiency and streamline CI/CD pipelines on AWS.

- Mentor junior engineers through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in full-stack development with a strong focus on C#/.NET backend services and React.js frontend applications.

- Proven ability to architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, utilizing services to build resilient and secure microservices architectures.

- Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-driven applications, specifically utilizing LangChain and Generative AI frameworks to solve real-world business challenges.

- Strong proficiency in container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes to maintain high-performance production environments.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 6-11 years of professional experience in building enterprise-grade software.
