Job Description :

We fast-growing fintech innovator, as a Mid-Level MEAN Stack Engineer and help shape the next generation of CRM and customer engagement technology for the banking and deposit industry. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications while leveraging modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools. You will work closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js

- Implement robust backend APIs and microservices, ensuring security and performance

- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor) to improve development efficiency and code quality

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-impact features

- Integrate and optimize Mongo DB databases for data-driven applications

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and code reviews

- Manage version control workflows using Git and participate in agile software development processes

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards, tooling, and processes

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner

- Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively suggest enhancements relevant to fintech and SaaS platforms

Requirements :

- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in web application development

- Required : Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js

- Must have experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot or Cursor

- Proficiency in Java Script (ES6+) and version control with Git

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

- Strong hands-on experience with Express.js

- Experience with Mongo DB is a plus

- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms preferred

- Familiarity with Type Script, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage

- Previous experience in fintech or Saa S product environments is a bonus

Skills :
