Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our core product development team in Chennai. In this role, you will architect and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices and intuitive front-end interfaces that power our enterprise-grade applications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, cloud architects, and DevOps engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. By leveraging your deep expertise in the Java ecosystem and modern cloud-native technologies, you will directly influence the reliability and user experience of our platform, ensuring seamless service delivery for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement resilient microservices using Spring Boot and Java to ensure high availability and modularity of our core business logic.

- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular and JavaScript to provide a seamless, high-speed experience for our end users.

- Optimize data retrieval and system performance by architecting efficient GraphQL schemas and managing complex PostgreSQL database structures.

- Integrate event-driven architectures using Confluent Kafka to enable real-time data processing and inter-service communication across the ecosystem.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance in production environments using Dynatrace to proactively resolve bottlenecks and maintain system health.

- Deploy and manage scalable infrastructure on GCP, ensuring that our cloud environment is cost-effective, secure, and highly performant.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, with a proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- Strong proficiency in managing relational databases like PostgreSQL and implementing GraphQL APIs to streamline data exchange between front-end and back-end services.

- Proven experience in cloud-native development on GCP and the ability to leverage Confluent Kafka for building robust, event-driven distributed systems.

- Advanced troubleshooting skills using Dynatrace to analyze application performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in system reliability.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within an agile, team-oriented environment.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a hybrid work model in Chennai, demonstrating self-motivation and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions within a 6 - 10 year professional experience bracket.
